Vibration Monitoring at 'The Round House'

Vibration Monitoring Services Limited have recently completed the first stage of ground vibration monitoring adjacent to a sensitive Structure called 'The Round House' in Little Thetford, which is a late 15th Century Dove House. Ground works were being carried out close by and prior to the works Archaeologists had been on site for some time in the hope they would uncover some historical artefacts. The montioring ensured that the works did not exceed 2mm/s and impact on the histrical building. In recent years 'The Round House' has been sympathetically restored and converted into a family home.
